Featured Vendors:

Strawberry Fields Forever: For those that can’t wait to get a hold of fresh-from-the-farm strawberries, simply visit Thames River Melons Ltd.; the vendor offers some of the earliest berries in Ontario because he creates shelters for the plants in the field to help bring them along earlier. Thames River is at both markets.

For a healthy sweet tooth indulgence: visit Staite’s Honey at Metro Hall’s Farmers’ Market. Staite’s Honey is a family owned and operated business. It offers only 100% pure natural unpasteurized Canadian honey available in white, gold and amber colour grades and various sizes. Staite’s honey is known for its high quality and clear and delicate flavour.

Cheese Please: visit Monforte Dairy at Nathan Phillips Square and Metro Hall Farmers’ Market. Cheeselovers and foodies will have the opportunity to discover and purchase hard to find delicious artisanal Ontario cheese.

Juicy Peaches: Summer is peak season for this delicious fruit. Visit these growers to get your hands on peaches right from the source:

  • Torrie Warner from Warner Farms (at both markets)
  • Clay Eborall from Eborall Farms (at both markets)
