* All membership applications must have a signed code of ethics on the reverse before membership will be accepted.  

* A member agrees to accept the sign and any other Association identification with the understanding that it is owned by the Association and may be withdrawn if that member does not maintain the "Qualifications for Membership".  It is mutually agreed by the Association and the member that this membership may be terminated by non-payment of dues or fees, or by the action of the Board of Directors. Any dues or fees will not be refunded.
